This Is so weird. I have seen many user's with the right amount of posts, projects, comments and everything . So why are they still new scratcher's?

Well the exact criteria for Scratcher status isn't known :S Generally Scratchers active around all parts of the site will get the status though.

Sometimes the mods don't notice them right away.

It's never been confirmed, but I'm pretty sure the least amount of time that you can be upgraded in is a month. I haven't known anyone get upgraded in less than a month, but I've seen plenty of people (including me) who were upgraded exactly a month after they joined.

Some people get Scratcher before they even get 100 posts (me) while some take longer to be confirmed by the mods.
Also the amount of time you have been on scratch plays into it.
(I had used Scratch for almost a year before I noticed the forums)

Did you account for length of time spent on site?
A newcomer on the site can post a lot of projects and comments within a short amount of time but then leave - such brief activity doesn't really make them a Scratcher. Newcomers who are active on the site longer are more likely to get upgraded sooner than those who barely use the site.

one of those people includes me-- I mean, at the same hour! They're very exact.
