Basically, except for point values of different tiles and placement of Double-Word, Triple-Word, Double-Letter and Triple-Letter.

Words With Friends was made by the same company that made FarmVille.
Also, it's an obvious clone of Scrabble.

It's Zynga. The guy basically clones other games but makes them better and easier to play with others.
Like Hanging with friends is like Hangman and Scramble with Friends is like Bejewled and games like that.
