That is quite the porygon z you have there. You could replace hyper beam with psychic, but it's not needed really.

Were do you get the TM in SoulsSilver?

I think psychic can be found in Cerulean Cave. (you know, the place to catch Mewtwo)

Well I can't quite give you an exact team, knowing every Pokemon has its strengths and weaknesses in a spot (referring to stats, not types.),But I can give you a few tips. I recommend a Pokemon with tank-y defense (Def + Sp. Def), and one with a good attack stat as well as special attack stat. and good overall speed if that's possible. As for the rest of your team, I'd have a Pokemon for each individual stat left, like speed. (Flying types or fast grass types work best.)

And the levels - You don't want to be over-leveled or under-leveled. Well, you can be over-leveled if you want, but in my opinion it makes the game too easy and boring, plus it takes too much time. So I'd try for 10 levels over the foes. Also, try to keep all you levels EVENED OUT. Relying on only a couple Pokemon in your team is bad, because once your good one is fainted, well game over for you.    So I'd store any HM-Slaves in the PC.

Try to rely on a full party of Pokemon, not just 2 or 3. And don't keep one type in your party, like all fire types. You want a variety of types, and maybe even a Pokemon with dual-types, like Excadrill is a Ground/Steel type.

What'd I also do is save your progress before you enter, because sometimes I like to "get to know my foe" before I put my fullest effort in. I go through one first run to check out the opponent's Pokemon, and if I lose, I develop a strategy the second time through.

Lastly, keep a lot of items. Items are like your mini Pokemon center! Each time, you want all your Pokemon's Hit Points fully restored. Also, use hold items wisely. I recommend using items that give you a higher critical hit ratio, or that power up your Pokemon's type (Like Mystic Water for a Water type.). If all else fails, use a strait up healer like leftovers (that can be used multiple times so it's a pretty good choice but I'm guessing its near impossible to find.) or a Sitrus berry, because it may heal small amounts of damage, but boy does it help.

Oh, so you're playing Diamond/Pearl/Platinum? I plan to buy the game and do a let's play on it. 

Anyway, I was playing Black 2 recently and I found something AWESOME in the Desert Resort a little bit past Route 4! I was walking around looking for items secret items with the dowsing machine, when all of a sudden, A DARMANITAN APPEARS! It was far overleveled compared to my whole team (which is developing nicely, I must say.    ) so I decided to take the risk and catch it with a Quick Ball, and it worked the first try!

When I left the battle sort of scene, and I was in the overworld part, a box of dialog said something like "It looks like this Pokemon belongs to a different OT." and you'll never believe who that OT was...




... N. Really, true story, no cheats.    I don't know if this is a rare/lucky encounter or not, but it was pretty sweet to me! It sparkles before battle, but differently from a shiny.

EDIT: Well it is somewhat rare if you have two systems and Black/White and Black/White 2, because it involves the memory link (Which I experimented with.). But still, really cool! 

EDIT2: Best of all, it has Darmanitan's hidden ability, zen mode.

Nice. I would replace hyper beam with psychic though, and replace the silk scarf with a choice scarf. I would recommend getting rid of all the Sp. Def. EVs and replacing them with speed EVS, because Porygon-z has pretty bad Sp. Def, and pretty good speed. Plus with a choice scarf, it will outspeed a lot more stuff. I used to have Soulsilver but lost it right after i added my Shaymin, Mewtwo, Groudon, Rayquaza, Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno. I miss my Typhlosion so much...
I also lost Diamond for about a year but it showed up again, man was i worried about my Infernape.

In Diamond i caught a Starvia and kept it with me for the rest of the came, then when it finally evolved into a Staraptor I realized it was a girl 
But strangely, I guess my sister caught a boy Staravia and trained it to a Staraptor so i took that one and now it's lvl 70 or so. I also have nearly a whole pc box filled with legendaries, I"ll list em later.

How do you hatch a shiny Snivy, or anything for that matter? Just keep breeding it until you get one? Or are there special conditions? Like how my sister hatched a Pichu that knew Volt Tackle.

Dang that sucks! That is totally unfair! Oh, i know this site where you can play the old Pokemon games like Yellow version, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Silver and Gold (the older versions of Heartgold and Soulsilver)

You can also play the old Legend of Zelda games! There are lots of old Gameboy Advance and Gameboy Color games there!
