In Pokémon Leafgreen there is after riding a boat this text : ''by the way if you like this game buy it or die'' (If you play on a emulator)

My little brother's watching Pokemon. So apparently they brought Dawn back, but they changed her voice to a really fake-sounding one. Shame, it would've done wonders for my nostalgia organs otherwise.

Except nope. The only reason they made RBY and GSC was because those games couldn't link with RSE onwards, leaving out a large number of Pokémon. RSE CAN connect to BWBW2 through DPPt. See the logic here?

Well, still, after a while they will need to, as the DS will no longer be selling, but a different system will.

You could still theoretically connect between a DS and a 3DS. What you do is have the 3DS game have a download installed on your system. When you put in a DS game, you would run the program, and it would act like the typical cross-gen trading system.
