No pokemon game of the Main Series except for Yellow, allows you to begin with a non- starter. I would like to see a main series Pokemon game where you could begin with a Pokemon not of the grass/fire/water group. They should make it a new group like ground, flying and electric or fighting, psychic, and darkness.
Fighting/Psychic/Dark was rumored to be the combination for the starters in Gen IV before they were revealed. It works well, too.

What would be good pokemon for the elemental combination?
Fighting: Tyrogue
Dark: Poochyena (could not think of a Dark type Pokemon with three evolutions)
Psychic: Raltz
Flying: Pidgey
Electric: Elekid
Ground: Sandile

Does anyone here like Magikarp? What I mean by liking Magikarp is liking it for itself, not for its evolution. I like Magikarp because many people see it as a pathetic pokemon, but I feel kind of sorry for it.

i just got one from gts today for a gyrados it's level 72 and it's awesome
What moves does the Absol know? I know that an Absol with a diverse moveset makes for a great Choice Band user. (I've got one, ev trained, to.)

Flying, electric and ground do not work.
I like the combination of Fighting, Dark and Psychic, but I hope they keep them balanced. They made Serperior really bad in Black and White compared to the other starters' stage 2 forms.

So anyway, I think it's time for another story!
Last night I was up late messing around on Pokemon Emerald, and I decided I wanted to train a Salamence. So I grabbed a pokemon with waterfall and headed to Meteor Falls and went to the room where you can catch Bagon, the first pokemon in the evolution chain that later leads to Shelgon, and then Salamence. Then, I started running around in there until a wild pokemon appeared. That pokemon was none other than, a Shiny Bagon! I proceeded to catch the Bagon, and left Meteor Falls to check out its stats and moves.

Altaria is the most boss Pokemon ever.
Discussion ended.
(you can disagree with me but I suggest you don't do it verbally)
