I am not sure I understand your question - it appears that you have uploaded 2 projects, are you unable to view them?
If so, it may be that you don't have java installed on your computer.
Scratch Projects are played on the site through a Java Applet. This requires your browser to have a Java Plugin installed (versions as old a 1.3 or anything more recent should work).
