Are you entering your computer's IP or are you entering your domain name into 000webhost?
To set up a domain with 000webhost, you need to clicked "Add-On Domain" then type in your dot.tk domain. Then on dot.tk you want to open the domain up and switch the configuration to "Use My Own DNS" then type in 'ns01.000webhost.com', 'ns02.000webhost.com', 'ns03.000webhost.com', and 'ns03.000webhost.com' for the host-names.
Also, make sure you put the IP (example: 127.0.0.1) in the IP field and the host-name/nameserver-domain in the host-name section.
