Why can't there be 2 galleries of the same name?

Well, same reason there can't be two files of the same name in two folders, I guess. It might get confusing when referring to one of them. Also, if you search for the gallery, and there are several with the exact same name, the searcher wouldn't know which one is the one he or she is looking for.
