All I had to do was click "Install" and it automatically ran on the Scratch site. How do you make it run on the Scratch site (in other words: how do you edit the code for just the Scratch domain for only one computer)?

With a userscript. Check out the Greasemonkey documentation for more info.

I'm really confused on how to do it.
Download Greasemonkey, then visit the script page and install.

What browser are you using? In Firefox, you go to about:addons, click User Scripts on the side, and disable it. In Chrome, go to chrome://chrome/extensions, and uncheck the "Enabled" checkbox.

If you're using google chrome, it is an extension (under preferences), and you should be able to just click "remove".

I found a bug; when logged out it displays the scratch logo twice.
I guess it was only my imagination that I fixed that. I'll get to that soon. Check back in half an hour.

You need to fix the css for the messages element , it just looks over wide ..
@LiquidMetal . javascript extensions work cross platform ..
Its just you need GreaseMonkey [firefox] or Chromium / Chrome
