RULES:
1) CAPTAINS MUST NOTIFY THEIR PEOPLE, IT IS NOT MY JOB!
2) CAPTAINS MUST NOTIFY ME IF ONE OF THEIR USERS IS INACTIVE, I WILL PUT IN A BACKUP NO EXECPTIONS!
3) CAPTAINS MUST START THE PROJECT OFF, FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE MAKING A GAME JUST MAKE 1 OR 2 LEVELS,, AND LEAVE THE REST TO THE NEXT TEAMMATE AND PASS IT DOWN.
