Runescape is a online rpg similar to dungeons and dragons but unique in its own way. I want to know if a free to play user can find the TzHaar people or do i have to become a member?

The TzHarr relem requires a quest to be finished to get into, but it's member's.
But, if you do the quest and lose your membership, you can still go in.
The TzHarr are at the Karamja volcano right below where you enter. In the cave, I think.
