Scratch

I made a block for it.  Wait a sec...

EDIT:  Actaully, you don't need a block.

#1:  Turn fill screen off.  (I'm assuming you know how to do this.)
#2:  Go up to the logo.  Hold the Alt key, and click three times.
#3:  Buttons will show up around it.  Click the red one.

#4:  Select one of these:
save as ___ : saves the logo as that file type
read from file:  import a logo
repaint: paint the logo, as you would a costume in Scratch

#5:  Save image for end-user.

I would recommend saving the normal logo first, in case you ever want to switch back.
