How do I post my project
I know how to post my projects but this one project just won't post. I can post it on other accounts and post other projects on my account but this project won't post even though it says it had posted.

What?
I'm just telling him that 0.0 is not an error message and we'd like to know the actual error message so we can help him.

Must be a server glitch. How about try waiting for a couple of hours/days and see if it shows up.
(And BTW I request this to be moved into Bugs and glitches)

Make sure you don't have an older project with the exact same name already in your My Stuff pages. If you share a new project with the exact same name as an older one, the new one ends up replacing the old one..so you get a message saying that it was shared successfully...but it shows up where the older project was (maybe on a previous page)...so it's easy to miss it. Check the older pages of your My Stuff page.
