Scratch

I'm making a game called lights out http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/PullJosh/2297202. If you read the description in the project that I just linked to, you will find what I am looking for: an above view (that's why it's just a head) that looks something like link (you know, the Zelda dude). All I need is to show his hat from an above view (which you could have found out by using common sense). I would like 2-3 costumes if possible (so that it can look like it's moving in the wind). I can have one costume if that makes it a lot easier. Thank you for any help.
