I'm not saying the coding will be hard, but have you seen the amount of items, quests, etc in Skyrim and how they all lock into eachother? If anybody is making an RPG of any sort I'd suggest that they plan like mad first.
we will probly cut down on a lot of that for starters it probably wont be as open world as skyrim
