So, everyone is older than me. Muahahaha.
Well, since you all speak of 'grades' I guess I'll just tag along
Well, my teacher says I'm good at everything. That's what I was told at Parents evening, except they had a long talk about math.
So, when my parents came in it was more like Maths evening. Oh, here's what it was like -
'She's gifted and talented, pretty much good at everything...now, math...'
Straightforward, simple, great.
NOTE: Sorry if I sounded like I was bragging

My birthday is in 5 days!!!
Oh and last night I stayed up until 11 for a dark-sky preserve event. (I'm an astronomer in my spare time, own a 8" Dobsonian telescope!) So... REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY OUTDOOR LIGHTS! If light is shining upward, it's wasted energy. You can help eliminate light pollution! Yay!
Sorry if that was off topic. I'm trying to raise awareness.
P.S. I also beat Super Paper Mario! (final boss is really creepy...)

FINALLY it's the weekend!!
I had a math test on the 3rd day of school, before the teacher even started teaching math. WHAT?
We have the weirdest schedule ever. There's day 1 and day 2, each with a different schedule. Some days are day 1 and some are day 2. But there's no particular order! On the first day, the teacher quickly said which days were day 1 and day 2... to quickly for me to memorize... and didn't even give us a sheet saying which days were which! For all I know, it could be monday is day 2, tuesday and wednesday could be day 1, thursday switches between day 1 + day 2 every week and friday is day 2 again. It's like they try to make school as confusing as possible!
Thursday is late entry (randomness, anyone?). We had late entry the same day last year. But this year, it's half an hour later, so we start school at 10:30. Only one problem: they cram every period into 5 hours and cut our lunch down to- wait for it- 15 minutes! That's our lunch on thursdays! Every other day is an actual hour, but why is thursday's that short? And it's not even CALLED a lunch on thursday. They just call it a "nutrition break"! But even the PRINCIPAL hates the schedule! So why do they have to do that?
None of my friends are in my class. As usual.
I can't wait until summer...

In 6th grade, we had block schedules (block periods i forget which means it's a souble class time) every Thursday and Friday. In 7th grade, we had two teams within our team! And had block schedules too. I like this year though- no block schedules, very easy to follow your schedule. And once a month on Thursday, we start 3 hours late! instead of 7:35 it's 10:35 (or at least last year. Got a new principal this year)

Not very organized, but at least better than a lot of people @ my school...
Field trip tomorrow! Yay!
This year has been sort of a disappointment so far. I had this huge plan to write a comic strip for the school paper,so I wrote about 20 or so strips over the summer. Then I found out there WAS'NT a school newspaper....
