since forum updates i haven't been able to edit my post in forums

New Scratchers aren't allowed to edit posts--and it's not because of the forum updates.

it's to ensure that a person does not post something inappropriate, someone reports it, and then the person edits it to be normal.

New Scratchers can't edit or delete their post; the rule is there to prevent spam. Just keep posting kindly and regularly, and you'll eventually become a Scratcher smile
