I'd suggest piracy for this, but you're heavily exposed to viruses if you do this. But then again, if for some reason you're caught pirating it, you'll get in serious trouble.
700 dollars for a program, even if it's amazingly popular among programming languages, or is one of the best, is just a ridicolous price. Even at $100 it would be sligthly overpriced.
