Oh, sorry, it wasn't Daleks in Manhattan, it was the one with the Daleks turning people into Pigmen. I think it was actually part 2 of Daleks in Manhattan...?

Right, that's the one. 

EDIT: Wait, no it wasn't. DW was David Tennant, but Rose was the assistant. I think. It's very hard to remember when I only saw half of it. The Daleks were definitely turning people into Pigmen. There was a play...and underground tunnels. That's all I got to see. And they made me stop watching for like a year, not just because of that episode, but because of things they had heard from the past few ones.

So it wasn't Rose?  Evolutions of the Daleks had Martha as the companion.  Could it have been Rise of the Cybermen, Fear Her, Tooth and Claw, The Impossible Planet, or Idiot's Lantern?

They have made a doctor who movie about the Time War    With the 7th and 8th Doctors in- i think it was made in 1999 or around that time

i think they made doctor who movies but not about the time war
that was a handwave by rtd to explain why the timelords weren't around any more
(but no, the 4th doctor was just a doctor. it was eight and nine who were in the time war)
