its free for all OS's, but not if you are planning to develop iOS apps.

I got it but I never bothered to actually figure out how it works or how to do things. It is like the opposite of intuitive.

Is it free to upload and sell your flash games in the lite version? Also, do you need a mac to make apps in the pro version?
