Scratch

I would like to make an MMORPG in Scratch because it seems to me that there aren't many if any finished MMO's around here.However I won't be able to do this alone as I am not really that experienced with Scratch.So I am going to need a whole team of experts.All the members will be divided into 5 groups:designers,artists,programmers.sound makers and advertisers.Each group will be divided into sub-groups.

Designer
a)World Designers-will design how the whole world will look like.
b)Class Designers-will design all the classes and the armors and weapons for those classes.
c)Monster Designers-will design all the monsters that the players battle.
d)Quest Designers-will design all the quests that the players ca take and the rewards.
e)NPC and Item Designers:Will design all the NPCs and items in this MMORPG.

Artist
a)World Artists-Will make sprites for all the places that the World Designers designed.
b)Class Artists-will make sprites for every move and attack every class does and their armors and weapons.
c)Monster Artists-will make the movement and attack sprites for all monsters.
d)NPC and Item Artists-will make sprites for the NPCs and for the items when on the ground and when in the inventory.

Programmer
a)Class Programmers-will do the scripts for everything about the classes including what abilities do,taking damage,movement and make their armor and equipment add bonus armor and damage.
b)Monster Programmers-will do the scripts for monsters including AI,taking damage,their HP...
c)NPC programmers-will do the scripts for ALL NPCs including quest NPCs and the rewards and items dome of them sell.
d)Scrolling Programmers-will make the map scroll when the player moves like real MMORPGs.
e)MMO Programmers-Will make the sign up part,server part and have other things added to make the game an MMORPG not RPG.This is probably the hardest job...

Sound Makers
a)Class and Monster Sound Makers-will add sound effects to attacks and abilities of players and monsters.
b)NPC Voices-will record lines that NPCs say.
c)Music Makers-will get good music for different places the player is in.

Advertiser
a)Website Makers-will make a website for this MMORPG to make it popular
b)Scratch Advertisers-will make this game popular to Scratch users by making forums,projects about it...

Each sub-group will have at most 3 members and a Sub-Group Leader.Each Group will have a Group Leader in charge of the Sub-Group Leaders.These are the ranks:

1.Leader
2.Group Leader
3.Sub-Group Leader
4.Member

First we need group leaders as they are very important.If we get enough group leaders we can start taking Sub-Group Leaders and Members.
