You have to go to MIT and be part of the Kindergarten Lab or something like that. Then you can take part in Scratch and be part of the ST.

At MIT or graduated from such?
If not, you're not getting in it.

Well, first off, adults are on it unless a mod like cheddar does very ell and gets promoted (isn't she a teenager?).
Second, you have to live in Mass.
And have graduated from MIT.

It's part of the Lifelong Kindergarten graduate program at MIT, though there are elections for Community Moderators.

Yeah, you're gonna need to be at least in your 20s to be on the Scratch Team and at least 13 to run for Community Moderator.
