Windows Time Limit

hmm   some of you might think me weird -
I would like to set a restriction to my windows 7, so I can only use my pc for 4 hours a day.  I spend too much time on it, however, as my days aren't scheduled, i don't want it to be restricted to 4-8pm.  I want it to be i can use it at whatever time, but every time i login, it starts up my countdown from 4 hours - so eventually, it will stop me from accessing my account until the next day.  suggestions?

Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\Parental Controls then select your account, never done this before but I'm about 50% sure there is a timer.
Edit: no I don't think you are weird.

This is such an easy program.

Look at this.

All you need to do is add a little more code and put the file in the start up file.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Lol, sorry. I just read the first paragraph. I may be able to write some software but I'm not that skilled yet  hmm  Maybe set an alarm clock for now.
