OK, I thought you were here from the beginning of time... JK
But maybe if you've only been posting like 7 months...
Must calculate your ppm's(posts per month)
I have about 1600. RedRocker has about 1300.

What about shows and movies?
That fits.
...I'm not too supportive of that, but that's OK.

I have so many questions. Where would the following topics go? Would they work in the new forums?
- A topic about sports
- A topic about a problem in math
- A topic like Scratch Live where someone sets up a moderated meeting to help teach scratchers

You say you only started posting in July, but I bet you still had some posts before then

Here's where I'd put 'em.
1. Reading and Playing
2. Reading and Playing, maybe
3. All About Scratch

Yeah. How about another one called "Polls & Surveys"?

What?
I'm just saying that shows are generally a lot less educationally valuable when compared to books etc. No need to make accusations.

Probably Lightnin wrapping everything up.

I know. I took off ~500 from my post count, which is still more than I had.

True, but nothing was specifically stated about educational value.

Can I suggest a "Polls & Surveys" forum as well?

+1

I don't really agree with this suggestion because threads of this nature often end up spammy and don't really have a discussion point, although several do.

That was originally my idea on Steve's Forums and I know that's where you got it from. ^^ I don't think we need that here though.

It seems it would be hard to monitor a Misc split into 2 or even 3, depending on whether we do Polls & Surveys
And, since the 2 or 3 new topics will be the busiest ones (and you know they will be), we may just end up in the same place where we started
Maybe we could have moderators assigned specifically to these two new forums?

Actually, I got it from another fora that I go on. It's just that now we won't be able to have threads such as "What's your favourite band?" etc.

Lol, that would be funny if everyone broke into two groups like Miscellaneous.
The problem is now we are being broken up. I know that you can post in both forums but having it in one main space like Miscellaneous made it really great for making friends
