I haven't been on the Miscellaneous forums for a while, but I do agree this was necessary. All I can hope is they don't get as cluttered as the Miscellaneous forums!

What about shows and movies?
That fits.

Will Scratchers still be required to be "Scratchers" in order to post?

I want it to me be :3
Could I have this topic moved when the time comes? http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic … 6#p1106496

I think that once topics are not posted on for two weeks in these new sections, they should be moved to an archived forum. That way it keeps everything nice and tidy. If someone wants their topic back, all they have to do is go to the archived forum and report their topic. Then, they get their topic back ^^

Let's not turn this thread into another post count argument though

Good question! We're thinking probably not.
Will there be any places where new scratchers can't post?

That would require many hours of applied programming expertise.

OK, I thought you were here from the beginning of time... JK

Thanks It would be way cleaner and would be so much easier to find topics to post on.
I'm excited, yet very upset that the forums are changing so much.

I think their may be something in the fluxbb administration. I'm not sure though I hope there is so we don't make the ST work harder than they should.
