And the reason it wasn't clear was because it was "lost in quotes"; that is, he was replying to a reply to a reply etc. so it didn't show the original post.

Our post count doesn't go down if you delete a single post, and it would basically be the same as just deleting multiple posts. Though they won't be deleted anyway, just closed.

Just a thought, but I've noticed a lot of topics in the past about events that bring Scratchers together - for example, when the Vancouver Winter Olympics and the FIFA World Cup were on, there were threads that linked to them (and I imagine that, with London 2012 coming up, there'll be more of these to come). Then, other global (or national) holidays - be it Christmas, (insert country)'s National Day, World Book Week, Hanukkah, Chinese New Year and discussions about any other holidays that bring people together could be very inspiring and educational (i.e., less "What did you get for Christmas?" and more "What Christmas traditions are there in your country?"). Then, there are the more day-to-day news stories that have given interesting discussions in the past - earthquakes, bills like SOPA, Eyjafjallajokull's ash cloud and many others. Where would topics about more worldwide events go (if at all) under the new system?
