animate your picture

i want to know how to animate your picture!

you need either photoshop or gimp. i use photoshop but gimp is free. there are several projects which have tutorials on how to make animated .gif images that you can put as your icon.  big_smile

actually, i know a way EASIER then having to make GIF's!
step 1: make a picture
step 2: put a small wait
3. put the same picture, but this time a little different
4. stick a FOREVER block around it
5. animating!
