Now add to the fact that I should say good stuff about your cover art; what if I don't like it? Do I have to add a fake "good stuff" to each of my personal opinions? I would find that really pointless...

You don't like anything about it just cos it's mine, eh? How come many others have compliments and not you? There's plenty of good stuff. You wouldn't have used my idea of  the 3D lettering in your initial draft if you didn't like anything about mine. That is a blunt statement.

Erm, where did he say it was because you made it? He just said that he has a personal opinion and he doesn't want to lie about it.

I think he means an actual site, like with custom coding &c. that isn't with Weebly or whatever to make it look more professional. And maybe the rest of the band should have input here too.

We discussed the site idea and it seemed a rip-off as no one would use the forums of another site. Anyway, this'll do for now.

I don't really see how that's a rip off and nobody said anything about forums. 

The whole point of a site is lost if we aren't using forums. If at all, the existing site should do, and I do not know what further improvements could be done that can make a site better than the one we have right now. FC isn't in the need for that atm. If you can tell what I can add to the existing site to make it better, it will be appreciated. 

And unless you're in to music, you will know that every single note in Reload runs in accordance to the key changes. It is not 'off', and when I showed it to a friend of mine who is a music expert, he liked it a lot!

Forums aren't the whole point of a site. The main problem with your site is that it doesn't look very professional.

I am a musician that plays some piano, guitar, ukulele, harmonica, Stylophone, and drums, and it just sounds a bit strange to me. Whatever.

And I don't really care about the project. It doesn't really seem like you asked for anyone's input prior to creating it, so what if they want to enter a different collab for the challenge? You should probably get a consensus before doing things like that.

I know, I never said it was. It does look pretty professional to me.    My point is, an online amateur band does not need a professional site. If they were going to sell their music or be serious about it, it's another matter, but this isn't the case. It's the least we should be worried about; we have songs to do.

I did ask earlier, but no one gave their opinion. As far as I'm concerned, no one has joined a collab in the band yet.

phpBB is a bit more manageable.

Fluxbb is simpler and since most use the scratch forums, it would be simpler.

Guys, can we stop about the website and move onto the songs? We don't need a website right now like I said. Techno said that he'd rather us starting on Gone straight away. Maybe we can also start on Reload and get the album done quickly, though I believe techno's not viewed it yet. That way we waste less time. Band members, could we start on that? I'll try to finish my bass track as well.

I'm not interfering; I'm in the band, so I have a reason. The whole forum's in a clutter with separate discussions right now. I'd prefer if we kept this till later, please.

We don't need a site, we've had like 3 and we don't even advertise or use them.

@DIY, starting as soon as possible != rushing the whole thing. veggie and fg123 are pretty right on this and we've already discussed it. Let's take our time. (EDIT: Oh, exactly what you said. Just noticed, nvm)

Parents are out again, so I'll try to quickly record Gone on bass. Talking about that, do you need the bass tracks for My Voice to You and When I'm Beside You, or should we just use the tracks we already have (i.e. you won't mix those two again)?
