Where can I download Pascal

Yep. Things like XML, HTML, and CSS don't technically count but most people include markup languages under it when talking about what they know.

Well, if you want a really cool IDE then try Lazarus else just look up something like "Free pascal compilers" or something. Free pascal because when using that it's always gonna be free, it doesn't mean some lite version.
