embedding games

Hi, I'm making quite a lengthy game in scratch that i want to embed into my website so it cab be played on the site instead of here (also, if possible, i would like to embed it in the flash form)

Right below Tags there's a "Link to this Project" box,
Click "Embed".
Copy the code below "As an applet:"
Paste the code into an HTML box on your website.
Publish webite and you should be able to play your game on your website in Java, but not flash.
