Re: A suggestion for the ST...

I support, but  you can still access any website (censored or not) using its ip address! (It's not illegal, just another way to get on any website)

Knowing that, the law won't stop any pirated content getting downloaded, so the law is useless. The law however, will make the web less secure.

Re: A suggestion for the ST...

Everyone head over to stopsopawith.me It tells you why we need to stop this, and what could happen in the future. I'll probably stop using the internet if this passes.

Re: A suggestion for the ST...

You know, if this law DOES get passed, it's probably going to last a very short time before the government sees that they're loosing money from advertising. Anyway, if PIPA gets passed, when will it be?

How do you take down a punBB forum?  yikes

Maintenance mode.
It can simply say:
"This site is currently down in protest of the SOPA and Protect-IP bills currently in the house and senate. for more info on SOPA and Protect-IP, go to this website

The Senate is going to vote on January 24th on the PIPA bill.

Last I checked, were 35 senators short of killing the PIPA bill. I hope that the realities of SOPA and PIPA do not come to pass.  neutral

The featured projects are looking good  cool  now, the scratch team just has to put a message on the top of the home page, and we should be good to go  cool

Re: A suggestion for the ST...

Hey scratch team. Maybe you could feature this SOPA/PIPA gallery. It has a growing amount of SOPA/PIPA related projects, and I think we should have a few SOPA/PIPA featured galleries. Here's the Link
