Yup. That might work. I can give it to you through Steve's forums.
It just opens the original scratch.
Are you sure you're opening the image of YOUR mod, instead of the original Scratch image?
Also, for the mod to go on Mod Share, it must be publicly available.
Oh
Can it be an alpha version that's public??

If it works, maybe.
Also, you need to include the .image file with the download link. That's the problem.

I'll fix that. It's designed to prevent inappropriate words in usernames, but since all accounts must now be verified against Scratch, it's now unnecessary.

It's not supposed to work online anyways. That's why it says This project was made in Stack. Most added blocks do not work in this player, download for the full experience or something like that.

1. I looked, and it's an error on our part. I'll fix it in a second.
2. Yeah, the player is the Scratch player, with no added blocks.

Oh, we have quite a few. Let me go get them...
They are at http://modshare.tk/forums/viewtopic.php?id=63, and listed below.

You need to tell us:
-Name of mod
-Download link
-Site / forum topic of mod
-Creator(s)
-Extension that the mod saves in (SB, PT, YPR...)
Also, if you are not the owner of the mod, please get the creator to approve of the addition personally on our site by replying to the topic in which the mod is being discussed.
After you have posted these details, we will review the application. If we deem the mod appropriate for Mod Share, we will add it to the site.
Note that we will refuse mods that contain or link to inappropriate content, mods that have many stolen blocks, or mods that have little added features. The website should also be informative as to what the mod does.
If your mod is still in the beta, please wait until it is officially released before submitting it to us.

how about a place where you can download mods?
We currently only have the front page, with the various links at the bottom.
What should we include on that page (besides the obvious stuff, such as title and website)?

Ok, we could do that. I'll discuss this with LS97 as soon as I can.
Should the featured mod slot go on the front page, like the featured projects?

Yeah, it would be nice if you had your own copies, because the download links often get hard to find and broken as their forum topics are buried...

I'll do it, don't worry. However, I'm currently busy with a major project at FutureSight, so it may take a little while.

A temporary version of the Mod Library is now available in the forums.
If you want your mod added, please ask here or on that topic.

What does everyone think about the original version of the Mod Library?
