Yes. Today, we are implementing beta techniques to allow you to change the site color.
The preset options are currently the default purple, green, black, and blue, but if you don't like any of those, you can set it to any 3-digit hex code, and it will model a theme just for you.

shouldn't you make it so you have to have an account on the scratch website, so as to avoid conflicts if an account doesn't exist, and a user registers with that, then someone else on the scratch website registers with that username, tries to go on modshare and it doesn't work?

I did that today (finally...), but that was a response to a couple people from my school spamming the site with registrations.

What do you mean? This probably means you didn't include all the files you needed to.

You probably know this, but you should just zip all of the files in the mod directory, and then upload the zip file to the website.

Are you sure you're opening the image of YOUR mod, instead of the original Scratch image?

Also, for the mod to go on Mod Share, it must be publicly available.
