Also, cloud variables are nice but I could make a troll project to spam the database and waste the scratch teams time and money buying more memory

They might be able to moderate who is using how much data. And if you come across projects like that, just click the flag button.  wink

Very good points, but yes, with the new see inside, even if it's running in the background, people will flag this.
