Hmm. Could be useful, but couldn't you, instead of a wait, just use Broadcast?

You already can.

ex:

When flag clicked:
Say________ (not "Say________ for ( ) seconds")
Wait until (insert cutoff here)
Say " " (Just delete "Hello", don't type anything)
