And you pick one, and there is nothing there... And then given the option to switch, will you?

Sure why not.

I have a riddle!
I see birth and I see death, but I never see a life all the way through.

I suppose so.

Obviously you make life and take life.... But you don't watch in between...

Then yes, of course there is a better chance to switch because before you knew that it had nothing behind it it was a 1/3 chance but now it's a 1/2 chance.

It's not the Grim Reaper. Would he look at someone giving birth? And it's not me.

Here's an easy one:
The person who makes me doesn't need me,
The person who buys me doesn't want me,
And the person who needs me doesn't know it.
What am I?
It may be easy, but it's still one of my favourites

Naturally!
If you mean, I pick one, they open one with nothing so basically it looks like this:
DOOR (Chosen)
DOOR (Nothing)
DOOR (Switch to?)
Then switching will give a 2/3rds chance to get the prize.

The answer seems pretty obvious: Yes, but since its a riddle, I'll say no

Nope.
And if it was, the top line would be rather rude
