Congratulations! I'd be interested to hear more about the project you submitted in the competition. Also, where did you learn Scratch and how is it used in your school? Thanks.

Well i made a project dedicated to my younger brother it was a cartoon story book you would click the page you could read it you could click th cartoon button to play as a cartoon or you can just have audio. and i learned about scratch from my music/techonolgy teacherand i am starting at middle school august 18th and at my new school they do not have programming classes. but at my old school i was the sound and A/V guy in the plays and the head programmer of the team i began to surpass the teacher and then i knew i had great potentetial to enter the competion but during the school year to learn about scratch i cut my lunch in half and skipped recess. i enjoyed the competion where did you get your start at scratch

Me? I think I posted that in the "What's Your Scratch Story?" thread...no sense repeating it here.
Sounds like you made a great project for the competition! Sorry to hear that your new school doesn't have programming classes...maybe you can start a club or something.

Well done.
As i sounds like you have all the bits for it this might interest you.
I have been working on the problem of using a WiiMote to control Scratch programs, using the the new remote sensor stuff.
If you have a pc a wiimote and a bluetooth dongle this is now possible, although not easy just yet (The code I have written does not yet have a simple install process but I'm sure that will change soon).
If you check out my post on Scratch Forums you can find the code.
