I can connect, but only in my bedroom. I couldn't connect with a DS Lite because I have the wrond kind of security. At least I can connect with the 3DS.

You have to setup an Internet Connection, test it, then activate it. Then go to the Friend List (Orange Smiley Face) and you'll get a code.
