Nothing done On a computer is ever truly gone. After throwing your computer in a lake for three days, the CIA can still get files out of your hard drive.
But as far as not having to see it, just delete your browsing history.

There's a file in your computer which logs every website you have ever visited. It's a system file, so you have to download a special program to remove logs from it..

Delete the history. I have Chrome, Firefox, and IE installed, so I can give you info on them.
Chrome: Click the spanner. Go down to history. Click it and get deleting. Just remember to click done removing items when you're done. If you are planning to do something bad and you won't have time to delete it, use incognito. Nothing you do on incognito mode shows up in the history. Just go to the spanner and click 'new incognito window'.
Firefox: Don't use Firefox. I have recently given up on it. It is slow and fiddly. But if you use it, you're gonna wanna know how to delete the history. So I've checked it out. It froze my computer, but I did it anyway.
It depends on which version you're using. On my version, I can't remember which version it is, there is a 'history' dropdown. Go to 'Show all history' and you can click on items and press the delete key to delete them. it's straightforward enough.
IE: If you can possibly help it, don't use IE in general. it is also slow and fiddly. It does not support half the things that chrome and firefox support. But here's how to delete the history anyway. I didn't go into IE, but as far as I can remember, the only way to delete the history is to delete ALL the history. I may be wrong.
So you're guessing I may be a Chrome fan. You are correct.

That sucks! Delete the history, but I'm not sure what else you can do. It isn't your fault, and your parents found out, probably because they monitored her somehow, so nobody can claim they were irresponsible.

To get ride of everything first you need to format which will get ride of all protected sections of the hard drive. Then you need to fill the hard drive up with random garbage until completely full, repeat 7 times. After that you wipe it with a magnet, microwave it and burn it. Also data on your RAM is recoverable days later even with no power going to it so burn that too.
