Scratch

I have worked on games and projects related to DreamScape but I now have limited time to work on them. I want to create big projects yet I don't all the skills to accomplish my goals. So I would like to devise a company similar to that of Team Devise from WingsGames.
I would break this up into teams,(I have done this before so I'm not copying).

                                                    Office:
President: Head of company and the main supervisor. Oversees all progress, assigns jobs and projects to each team/person. Can promote or demote anyone's position.(1)

Vice-President: Supreme Supervisor of all Teams. They as well oversee the teams to make sure the tasks are completed correctly and on time. Can call for a person promotion or demotion and can propose new rules.(1)

Secretary: Passes a proposed projects/ideas/games/rules. Can propose the expulsion of any worker.  Veto ideas/projects/game/rules.(1)

                                                   Work:

Correction Facility: Tests projects and games for glitches and for flaws. They review the project in a number of criteria out of 5 and give an overall score. They can then deny the project to be passed on to be fully published.(3-6)

Idealist Group: They specialize in the creation of ideas for projects and games. They then organize the ideas into groups of Big/Important Projects, Medium Project, and Small Project. They then pass it on to the jury.(2-6)

Jury: Takes any passed on or proposed rules, ideas, and vote on if they should be passed and send it to the workers.(4-10)

Workers Facility: The work on projects approved by the jury and send it to the correction facility.(4+)

Advertisers: Advertisers advertise out projects and our company.(2+)

Graphic Team: Creates artwork and logos for advertisement, games, and company logo.(2+)

Audio Team: Creates sounds, records voices, gets music/ sounds(effects), and can rip audio if needed.(2+)

                                               Notes:
President, VP, and Secretary also work on projects.
