I guess this topic has officially run it's course, now that it appears that people are mocking the original poster. 

Let me just end by saying...this is the internet.  You may never know what is true or what is false.  All "proof" is suspect.  So, if the original poster was being truthful, then your rage is misplaced and possibly hurtful.  If the original poster was trolling us, then your rage is amusing him - "feeding the troll".  So rage is probably not the best response.

I still think the best approach is to treat the original premise as factual as long as possible, wish him well and leave it at that.  You can and should have your doubts...but you can keep them to yourself and cause the least amount of potential damage.
