I think [removed] should be banned
Why is he friending everyone?
If not banned, the scratch team must ask him his other account and if not, he should be banned.

A couple of things...
1. Friending people is not against the Community Guidelines. Maybe [removed] likes the people who he's friending's projects? Or maybe they have been nice to him? It's not like the people who he's friending HAVE to friend him back.
2. I think this is a gossip topic. If you think somebody should be banned, then you contact the Scratch Team.

The friending system on Scratch is unusual in that Scratchers often use this as a means to follow other people, similar to how the system on Twitter or deviantART works. It's not really against the rules to add multiple people to a friend's list since it's kind of no longer a friend list at all, but rather a watch/follow list (a system which is likely to change to reflect this aspect with the coming of Scratch 2.0).
Please don't use the forums to report other Scratchers. If you really feel that someone is doing something wrong, Contact the Scratch Team instead.
