I'm guessing it wasn't a kid and most likely someone who's been in trouble before. Their 15 minutes of fame are up.

Please remember that trolls do these sort of things to see what your reaction to their actions are. The more you react, the more you are "rewarding" them. So the best action is to not feed them with your reactions. So I think our best course is to close all these topics.
Let's limit discussion to positive steps to help with prevention against future attacks, on this topic.
