Hi! Do you guys get up at 5 to open your Christmas gifts, or do you wait for your family?
Sometimes I go peek, but I never open them until my family is there.

I'm allowed to open one on Christmas eve, and my stocking can get opened anytime after 6. Most fun presents are under the tree, though.

I can't watch the special yet, because my parents are using the TV to listen to Andrea Bocelli music DX

All I can find are previews
Oh well, I'd rather wait to see it on TV anyway. YouTube always lags.

I've learnt that too.
I've also learnt not to crawl into mysterious glowing boxes.

I wanted to do it early but I had to wait for my parents to wake up.

Nope. We get to open a present on Christmas Eve, but it always turns out to be new pajamas.

I opened them on Christmas eve. The time they are open does not really matter, since presents are not the most important part.

when extended family gives me presents on christmas eve {or earlier} and i know i'm not going to see them on christmas, i usually just open them then so they get the satisfaction of observing my happiness :]
