The letters capitalized in the title come together to make the acronym in the first post. (SAPIAS: Scratchers against Protect IP and SOPA)

Fixed.
And really, SOPA/PIPA isn't about stopping piracy. The bills were made entirely by lobbyists. And really, giving full say as to what gets censored goes to the MEDIA INDUSTRY? That's a little fishy.
In truth, this bill was funded mainly by Activision. Why do Activision and other multi-million dollar corporations support this? According to them, it's about stopping piracy. In truth, it's just to have a bigger say in the market. These companies really just want to censor smaller developers so that they get all of the views, and therefore revenue. What does Activision own? Call of Duty. That series is popular enough, but Activision is trying to make sure no other company usurps that position.
Their targets? Smaller developers, developers not as popular as them, even INDIE GAME corporations. Minecraft might be their first strike. They realize Minecraft is popular. They realize it is opposing their only chance at an Iron Curtain stance. They could wipe them off the face of the internet.
And all the while, they censor copyrighted material just to make it seem like they have a legitimate need.
True story.

They actually suggested to the goverment to make this, and to transform PIPA into a plan B. It's called bribery.
