mcr, in America, it's complex. If schools you are SEPARATING black and white people, it's racist. If you want black people to have special schools, it's not. It's a sort of reverse racism that IS political Correct.

I think they mean that this is to specifically attract people of underrepresented minorities, because usually programming attracts white and Asian men (how many non-white/Asian women have you seen that know how to write code well?).
