Customize Your Scratch Interface Font!
Also useful for mods!
Go to workspace and type the following:
Code:
ScratchTranslator fontMenu
Select a font, and the whole Scratch interface will change to that font! 
EDIT: Some things won't be changed in Scratch. For example, the text of arguments will change, but the block's text won't.
EDIT2: The tabs for block categories do not change. But watchers do!

Really? I like it a lot better than Times New Roman, Arial, etc.

I used to play around with fonts, the best way to do it is by going to world menu > appearance > system fonts. Then chose which font you want to change list font menu font window title font or balloon help font. There is also a restore button so you can change it back to default. 
If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time
