More sound blocks: Play/Pause Button

(Message to Mods: I'm sorry if this has already been posted. Close it if hit has been already.)

What I really don't like is how you stop a sound, then replay it, then it starts over. I suggest maybe a Play/Pause sound block, I bet it would be really useful!
