Thanks Paddle2See your a genius lol, im going to go do this right now. I never knew that the reason of them not loading was because of the Java settings

Please take a look at this topic - it explains how signatures are set up.

I was going to say that. I think my java heap mem is high enough. But some big projects still load a long time.

It doesn't work anymore... O.o

I installed a new version of Java and apparently it had default settings, so I changed them. But each time the settings are restored to default. O.o Is there something I am doing wrong?

Re: Why do online projects get stuck on the "Loading..." message?

It final worked after about a dozen a temps. It kept going back to "" but I think I found out why it was happening.
Either it was because I had the webbrowser open or I wasn't clicking "Apply" and then "OK" instead of just "OK".

Edit:

I think my problem could be the same as yours

After changing it I had to press "OK" on the pop up for the settings. Then I had to press "Apply" on the java control panel and then finaly press "OK" on the java control panel too.

Now I can finaly see my project "Spin The Earth" online  smile

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Sorry Dan01 - I have no idea what is causing your Runescape problem with Java.  I'm not all that experienced with Java - I just know enough to be dangerous!  Have you tried the Runescape forums to see if anybody there has a solution?  Have you tried just running multiple browser instances so you don't have to switch windows?

I know Java!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! smile

Re: Why do online projects get stuck on the "Loading..." message?

Hmm I tried this a long time ago when Paddle told me on one of my projs..but Ok I have 8
gigabytes of ram so I was like hmm.. let me set my heap memory to 2048! I still can't view some projects online though. The blue bar instantly fills up but just stays at loading ;(

I'm on win 7 if that makes a difference..maybe I have to run Chrome as admin, knowing 7's paranoia ;P

To verify that this is the problem, Right-click on the Java icon in the system tray (while looking at a project) and select "Open Console".  Then, try and open a large project that you are having trouble with and see if an error message is being generated indicating that the heap memory is being exceeded.

i CANT FIND THE BUTTON, sorry in caps-lock

Are you sure you're using Windows?

Look down at the taskbar, on the right. There should be a bunch of tiny icons doing their thing down there... One of them should be orange with a contour of a white cup of coffee on it. That's the icon.
