Yeah. They're the same arms that move my fist fowards so I can break boards. Believe me, I know from experience that theres nothing worse than hitting a board with a punch and not breaking it. It hurts like crazy!

You have my word, I am not lying. Because I am a martial artist, I am required to break boards on a regular basis. Doing push-ups build strength and endurance, both of which are needed to do martial arts well.
